1. Enrollment

LaraPush may approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion. Providing inaccurate information may result in removal from the Program.

2. Affiliate Obligations

• Promote LaraPush ethically and legally.
• No spam, misleading claims, bots, fake traffic, or deceptive practices.
• Do not represent yourself as LaraPush or misuse its branding.
• Do not promote on illegal, hateful, or adult content platforms.

3. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may not:

• Self-refer using their own affiliate link.
• Bid on LaraPush trademarks or misspellings in paid ads.
• Make false statements about LaraPush features or performance.

Violations may result in termination and loss of pending commissions.

4. Tracking & Attribution

Commissions are awarded only when a user signs up through your tracked link or if you have submitted the lead from the dashboard. LaraPush is not responsible for untracked conversions due to cookies, ad blockers, or user behavior.

5. Commissions & Payments

5.1 Commission Structure

Affiliates earn a percentage of revenue based on their tier, as displayed in the affiliate dashboard.

5.2 Commission Cap During Discounts

During special events, seasonal sales, promotions, or heavy discount campaigns, the maximum commission payable will be capped at 10% regardless of the affiliate tier.

5.3 Minimum Payout

The minimum withdrawal amount is $100.

5.4 Payment Schedule

Payments are processed once per month via PayPal, bank transfer, or other supported methods.

5.5 Refunds

If a customer receives a refund or chargeback, the related commission is reversed.

6. Cookie Duration

Default cookie duration is 60 days unless otherwise updated on the dashboard.

7. Brand Usage

Affiliates may use approved branding assets but may not alter logos, make false claims, or misuse LaraPush trademarks. LaraPush may request edits or removal of promotional material at any time.

8. Termination

LaraPush may suspend or terminate your affiliate account for any violation or misuse. If terminated for misconduct, all pending commissions are forfeited.

9. Liability

LaraPush provides no guarantee of earnings. We are not liable for tracking issues, technical problems, or losses arising from participation in the Program. Liability is limited to commissions earned in the past 6 months.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Odisha, India.
