System Update Guide

The System Update panel in LaraPush allows administrators to keep their panel up-to-date with the latest features, bug fixes, and improvements. Keeping your LaraPush installation updated ensures optimal performance, security, and access to the newest tools.

This guide walks you through how to interpret and use the Update tab.

🔄 Accessing the Update Panel​

Navigate to:
Settings > Update

This tab presents the current system status regarding software versions.

📋 What You’ll See​

The panel displays two version blocks:

  • Installed Version
    Indicates the current version of LaraPush installed on your server.
    (e.g., premium-prod-5.1.18)

  • Available Version
    Displays the latest version available for upgrade.
    (e.g., premium-prod-5.1.19)

If an update is available, it will be highlighted here with a clear Update button.

🔁 Performing a System Update​

To update your LaraPush panel:

  1. Review the version numbers.
  2. If a newer version is available:
    • Click the Update button.
    • Wait for the process to complete.
    • You may be temporarily logged out or required to refresh.

The update is typically seamless, but it's recommended to:

  • Backup your system before updating, We recommend to use Google Drive for backup.
